NOTE - In this episode, Nate Akin stated to the best of his knowledge no Baptist confession inserts the Nicene Creed. However, Joe Harrod points out in “An Orthodox Creed (1678)”; “This confession was the only Baptist statement that integrated ancient Christian creeds (Apostles’ Creed, Nicene Creed, Athanasian Creed).”
